General rules while visiting ErinEarth

While visiting ErinEarth we have a few rules and procedures to make your visit pleasant and safe.

It is the responsibility of the school staff to supervise the children at all times. Volunteers from ErinEarth will only provide assistance and support to the school group.

Show respect for the site

To show our respect for the land that has given life to so many plants and animals and shows us so much beauty, we must take care of it. To do this we must:

  • WALK on the paths (no running)
  • TOUCH plants gently
  • LEAVE things like rocks, stones, bark and leaves where they are, unless otherwise instructed. Small animals may be using that spot as habitat to shelter under.

(For Stage 1) If you agree to follow those rules you may become a CARETAKER for the day and wear a badge’. (hyperlink)
